WickedSkulls.com ONLY SHIPS ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
Orders are shipped by the US Postal Service (Most items are sent Priority Mail) which takes 2-3 business days depending on your location in the US.
You receive an emailed confirmation, along with tracking information from sales@WickedSkulls.com when your order ships.
NOTE: Hand Made Leather Items TAKE 2-3 WEEKS to Create.
WickedSkulls.com does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call us for approval. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Recipients of orders are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally for most merchandise. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
Returns –
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
1. Wrong Item Shipped.
2. Defective Item.
(Please confirm your order details before submitting the order, we do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size)
Downloaded merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE.
* All returns must be authorized. *
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number known as an RMA number. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note, we do not backorder. If the requested items for exchange are not in stock at the time we process your RMA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse.
* All jewelry items must be returned in a new, unworn condition.
* Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
Once you receive your RMA number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (7 business days) to receive an exchange or the RMA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.
Return authorizations for returns must be requested within 2 weeks of the original ship date for all orders.
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RMA# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Your RMA will contain the appropriate mailing address to ship your returns to.
